Daily and Weekly bookings are made through Sleeping Out. Monthly Bookings are made on this website by completing the contact form.
Cleaning
Cleaning services are included in the rates. We offer one full service weekly and towel changes twice weekly. Laundry and extras can be arranged with the housekeeper.
Active Marina
The apartment is next to an active Marina. Sometimes boats are cleaned during working hours between 9am - 5pm. Guests are hereby notified of sounds coming from ocean life, bird life and boat maintenance. Please be notified of our no-refund policy concerning the above.
Cupboard Space
There is ample cupboard space. Please be respectful of the few locked cupboards with owners personal belongings.
Payments
Daily or weekly rentals, payments to be made in full.
For monthly stays, first and last month plus deposit of the same amount to be settled in advance.
Departure time
On day of departure, the apartment needs to be vacated before 10am.
Short-term rentals special
Between July and October: R890 p/d [minimum of 3 days]
Long-term rentals special
Rentals of longer than 8 months: R10 950 p/m.
